  Every time we go for a drive thru there’s always something missing in our order when we arrive home. Today we ate around 1050 we ordered 4 large meals. We didn’t get any of the promo glasses. When our order arrived they did not give us the free glasses. When I went to the counter and ask one of the staff she told us there’s no more or out of stock. I know they are busy but still they have to tell us ahead about the status of the promo. The lady Staff wearing a black shirt is not that friendly. No name tag at all.

  I heard about the McDonalds in Banksia Grove around 2 years ago, and as soon as I heard about it I have wanted to set foot on the premises ever since. Yesterday I had the opportunity to set foot inside the restaurant, and smell the delicious scent of the patties being cooked. But as soon as my eyes wandered to the kitchen, they fell upon a beautiful young lad with the most luscious golden hair I have ever seen.   Banksia Grove is the best store by far! Service is always amazing, food is always made correctly and fresh. Kids love the play ground and game tables. The workers are better than any mcdonalds ive been to. I will only come to banksia grove!

  4 year old went to counter to ask for a baloon , was asked by an older woman what do you want , was promised a baloon to be bought to our table , never arrived. This was after spending $60

  My wife's crispy chicken gourmet burger, had a clump on middle lettuce thrown on. Not nice. Person on salads needs a number 12 up them!!!
